• 10 AM – Business Session (Children and Youth Dismissed for Activities)
• 12 PM – 1:15 PM         Lunch (On Your Own)
• 1:30 PM – 3 PM          Plenary One: The Organic System (Children and Youth Dismissed for Activities)
  • Workshops
    • Developing Local Outreach Teams
    • Understanding Systems in Ministry
    • Deaconesses & Minor Orders in the Diocese and Parish
• 3:30 – 5 PM     Break
• 5 PM – Evening Prayer
• 6 PM – Dinner On-site BBQ Dinner

• 9:30 AM – Theology of Healing Prayer - Plenary Two
• 10 AM – Healing Prayer Workshops
  • Prayer Appointments (Sign Up Beforehand on Synod Registration)
  • Developing Prayer Ministers in your Parish
• 12 PM – 1:15  Lunch (On Site)
  • Clergy Wives and Women meet with Becki Fitzwater
• 1:30 PM – Clergy Fellowship with the Bishop
  • Women and young ladies to the Convent of St Mary for visit with the Sisters
  • Children and Youth Dismissed for Activities
• 3:30 PM – Healing Prayer Appointments, Break
• 5 PM – Evening Prayer, Eucharist, & Sending Forth
